Isrit Bhatnagar: It's very common for drug developers to take a waterfall approach. He says they optimize one criterion after the other, and then end up with new warts in the molecule. But he argues that if you do this in a parallel way, it can actually arrive at the ideal location as quickly and as closely as possible. And i think ultimately that will tremendously speed along, a the process of getting a good candidate to be an actually good drumk you would be ready to put in a patient.
