Is There a Dead Moment?
I tend to believe that preparing for sleep starts a very long time before you actually are in bed. So it's interesting that people will think that if you had a very tiring day, you're supposed to sleep better. That's the opposite of the truth. You have to start slowing down your mind. Or even during the day, little breaks, take little breaks. Daydreaming is extremely important for processing information, emotions. Those are not dead moments.
