The Struggles of Grief
Grief is a spectrum of experiences that might include sadness and fear, but also relief. After you've been caring for someone you love for a month, there's a relief in grief. In the old days, when people were grieving, they used to wear a black armband. We've lost touch with some of these rituals, and I want to bring them back.
