Before the pandemic, peoplewere mandated to cme into an office. There was no choice. And over over the past couple of years, we've realized that office workers can still get done working from home. So why do they need to come back into the office now if they don't want to? I think we should be standing up for good company culture. It's a better environment when they're working from home and they don't have to be around negativety.
