Is There a Hack for Early Employees?

When you get to the stage where people that were used to knowing everything don't know everything, I think more early employees leave over that than anything else. That leads to a huge amount of turnover. It's worth thinking for actively is this someone special enough that I'm going to somehow include them in the executive team. And actually I hadn't realized I've actually not spoken about this hack before. But it's an important thing.
