If you put the puck on the ice or say something factually, then people are forced to either correct it or agree with you. So I would say to every CEO, go get yourself a manager. It could be someone who works in the company, but they've really got to hold you accountable. Most CEOs do not want to tell their board members because they want their board members to invest in the next round. They don't feel safe sharing the worst of the worst. And that's the role that a coach plays.
