The number of women working full-time in India has doubled over the last five years. But are these jobs secure as a full-time job? Is there any catch in this or is this restricted to certain niche organizations? For me this interlink and relationship between workplace practices working more, profitability is very complex. It only got further complicated with multiple simultaneous modes of working within the same company.
