The Text Expander Has Date Snippets
A text expander has date snippets where you can just have it input the year. You don't need to go in and change them, but it'll just have the right year magically. So if you trigger the snippet and the subject line, it fills in the subject line and hits the tab key and then does the rest of the email for you.
