The Ivory Tower and the Psychology of Video Games

A lot of the critique could have just as easily been applied to rock music or comic books. There's really an issue of causation versus correlation. We have about 25 years of brain research and large-scale research with young people, boys and girls. Even in cases where no clear answer has been found, why hasn't the work of these researchers found more of a happy home in the public consciousness?
