The Fed Is the Superpower Right?
If you go to the list of facilities the fed used last year, some people and I'm sympathetic to they draw a line between liquidity facilities and credit facilities. Many would argue you're getting into hardcore fiscal policy it's more of a credit facility. On the other hand you look at the money market facilities that's definitely going to be a liquidity facility where does that corporate bond facility sit? So it's interesting to view the international angle to that and I think that's important.
