Cloud Flare and Z Scaler - Is That Really a Bad Idea?
Cloud flare and then z scaler is another company that's architected around this edge network capability, where they've got these pops distributed around the globe. Those pops have become basically gateways into their network. And so to walk through a typical user request, i'm a user ocurrently situated in north carolina. I establish a connection to the nearest pop, which might be atlanta. From it, from there, i'm entirely within cloud flare or z scalers network until i get close to where the application is hosted.
