The Relationship Between Quants and Traders
There's some tension sometimes between the quants and the traders. So far, like it's been, it's been really good working with them. I think we never had problems sort of you know, if probably it was more difficult working with quants and other things and with the traders. And then for a reason because they always know that they are, we are working to help them. There's a mutual benefit there.
