One of the patterns that I used to see a lot when interviewing is if it's a 45-minute interviewer, the interviewer usually asked the first 43 minutes' worth of questions. And I'm curious if you take a different approach given the background and experience that you just shared. "I'll go into the interview very much with a set of questions that I want answers to," he says.
