The market's not going to be healthy until you're stock envy over 30 names and we're looking at three or four. The danger here is that people are going to grasp at just molecules of information showing that things are improving and they'll over commit. I'm treating China differently than the US, maybe we won't have a third spike like that in the VIX. We need 5x 10x new highs to take a good bit more breath of the market before it gets there.
