I wasn't born until 1989, like literally the day after the Berlin Wall fell. I think the undercurrent before the Reagan Revolution was extraordinarily strong and it attracted a lot of talent. The thing about Reagan, I did not foresee at all. But communism did fall. And ex post that ratified the whole era. It's amazing how shortly the Truss Revolution was in comparison to this. She had won a month. Reagan had eight years.
