Arspek: I started programming professionally in 2007. My testing experience at that time was limited to J unit and maybe ng unit in Java land where, you know, a test was a class that was symmetrically opposed to the thing that you were testing. The most important thing for any team to do other than like build the thing was to maintain really clear directional alignment on what are we here to do. Arspek: There's an awful lot of strings but there's also some great blog posts about how to structure this well.
