Do You Think It's Possible to Lobby in Start Ups?

Time is of the essence for start-ups. Policy makers have to understand that startups are operating in a very different world than their own realities. There's been some successful instances of lobbying in start upland haven't there? But what i think is one area were start up could be more vocal, are the new regulations.
