The Nauvoo Expositor

The Nauvoo neighbor was only published between 1843 and 1845, but it is reporting on the city uh council minutes. The next day joseph smith called an emergency city council meeting where he quote proceeded to put the expositor end its editors on trial As if that body was a judicial instead of legislative character unquote. On the tenth they decide that the Nauvoo expositor is a public nuisance And then they go out and destroy it. So here we are a year after the NauvOO high council where high room reads the revelation and everybody's up in arms  and now they're trying to retrofit a new interpretation to it so they can calm
