How Automation Can Add Value to PMOs

A lot of tasks that we do in a PMO are very, very repetitive. We can use macros or RPA tools to be able to document these processes there. Then get a computer to follow those processes for us and allow the computer to do it. The more you can get the computers doing the boring stuff, the more fun you have in the job,. No one comes to work to be bored. But also if we're doing the fun stuff, chances are the info is what people are really crying out for from the PMO.
