All These Elements Are the Products of Fusion Reactors

We are all made out of star material. The blood in my body contains hemoglobin, which contains iron. All these elements are the products of fusion reactions in the hearts of stars. Iron is produced at the end stage of a fusion reaction, just before a star goes super nova. E the fusion reaction that produces iron, consumes more energy than it gives than it gives off and that's what causes the eventual cor collapse.
