The Council of Carthage had 27 New Testament books, so did the Council of Rome. And they're the same 27 books of the New Testament that we have. They pick them. If you cannot do that, your diversity of mysterious faith is not allowed in the fellowship of the apostles, churches, excommunicated. Ex compulsion needed to happen to people who were bringing in damnable heresies. This was one of the greatest times of attack on the New Testament. People trying to pull a fast one.
