Gary Cohn: The Fed got it wrong on inflation with its transitory call. It's now under fire for failing to prevent or anticipate the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. Those are two black marks on Jay Powell's record at the Fed, he says. How do you assess his job performance thus far? And how do you think the markets see him in terms of just that?
