"I've been doing it for a long time. Like two, let's see, before the pandemic," he says of looping his insulin pump. "It's like, it's still driving me. I still try to get things dialed in." He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at age 25 and now has type 1/2 on both legs. His wife is also diabetic but they have no children.
