How Did I Get Into Radio?
"I got there in the fall of 97 as an intern on all things considered. And that really, you know, began a career in audio and in broadcasting," she says. "All I wanted to do was make beautiful audio stories...and I couldn't not do it." She started by scamming her way into journalism through emailing local papers.
