These are synthetic aspartame cyricalose saccharin made in the lab. Stevia is from a plant that grows in South America. And there's also monk fruit extract. The point is that they're so sweet, as we said, like 600, 7 times, 700 times sweeter than sugar. Because you need so little of them or because they aren't really metabolized by your body, depending on which one leads to your body, not actually getting the calories, but getting what your mind is craving in your mind.
