Cynical theories is a great title for this book you mentioned by Pluck Rosen-Linsie, because the standpoint of cynicism is fundamentally that. If there is no truth, there is no independent structure to reality, everything is only a manifestation of a will to power. That's why you'll say even with a joke that people attack or that people find offensive. Sometimes I'll say this person is trying to stir up hate. Or sometimes they say, it doesn't matter what the intention of that person was. This is the impact of what will happen anyway,. And you cannot denigrate my truth.
