The History of the International Communist Party
The International Communist Party coordinated the actions of each national Communist party in each nation around the world. It was to France actually to Paris that they had to get them to. The French Communist Party would then organize them in Paris, get kind of big groups and get them to Spain across the frontier. And it was supposed to be clandestine because in many countries, Britain and the United States, it was illegal.
