There's got to be some kind of compound leg movement in there, right? And I don't want to tell you what the rules are because it's your business, you get to make the rules. You know, does it have to be a forward bend and a backward bend? Or does they just have like, do we just have to do a push and a pull? So if you can write that down as a framework, right? Then test that out with your own classes and teach that out a few times.
