Shifting the Mind From Pattern Making to Imaginative

The left side of our brain is so dominant that if we don't first take care to kind of shift our mind from the left over to the right, it's going to be like asking them to do the nine-dot puzzle. So this is particularly important when what you're presenting requires that the imagination be engaged. This happens all the time at IDEO because that IDEO were often hired to come up with new innovative ideas and solutions to old vaccine patterns and problems.
