Prayer Is a Relational Exchange
Prayer is how we take up our rightful place in the image of god as royal sons and royal daughters. And we collaborate with god in running the world to bend human history in the right direction. The french philosopher, blaize pascal, also a mathematician, just a genius of a man, said this about prayer: God has instituted prayer so to confer upon his creatures the dignity of being causes. In prayer, we are invited to join him in directing the course of his world.
