I think that what you want to do is expose yourself to as many points of view as possible. And I change my opinion all the time when I find better evidence that I haven't thought about. If you can start journaling, just try it for 30 days. That's another little secret. You can do something for 30 days to have it conform and you won't even notice that you're filling in your journal every day. Totally.
