Just because we don't understand it or quantify it well doesn't mean it's not important. We can measure retention in our game, but what it's hard is to measure why are some games more engaging than others. So that's what that pillar is exploring and giving some ingredients to understand better how it works. You can have a game that's super usable. People understand what to do, but it's not fun and unengaging. Nobody wants to play it. Exactly. It has to be usable and engaging. That's where a whole challenge is.
