The Importance of User-Centricity in Content Development

I don't think it was a mistake to take that tack and sort of call and give UXers and things. I think we're just ready for the next level. We needed to put a fire under the idea of user-centred designs. It's positioning strategies, branding strategies. It's commercial product strategy.
