Myths About Running Form and Biomechanics
Most people when they think about trying to lean forward, they dip their head forward. As the head goes forward, the pelvis sits back. So I like people just too consciously run tall. They can do this by doing an exercise at the start of running by taking a few big deep breaths in through the nose. That puts the chest in the right position. And then apart from that, everything beneath about your waist, you're not in control of any more. The way you land is a function of your way, your setup. If you're running nice and tall and your pelvis is in the right positions, you will land on a midfoot landing,. probably around mid to fore
