The Definition of Done for Discovery

You haven't actually finished your discovery, or that discovery a project or objective or task, unless you do these things. You have to do the synthesis, because we get really biased from the interviews themselves and looking at the data. But even more important is,. ou don't have a good way of sharing the outcomes of the discovery with anybody wher list the outcomes, the outputs. Until they have had the opportunity to hear directly from people, or to see the numbers and understand why some decisions are being made, until that point, they're just taking orders from you. So back to lily's earlier point, if you can get people actively involved in the discovery process, even better
