Genesis' social purpose company status is only changeable when I say immutable it's immutable from change unless over 70% of ownership decides to change the articles of a corporation. We have structured ourselves to where that will there will never be a point in time where their majority or or the 70 plus percent is able to agree tochange the articles of incorporation so we're not participating in the Silicon Valley VC fundraising game. It kind of brings up another question and we've seen this play out in corporate America and particularly in the Valley, how do you protect tourism from the inside right?
