When Should You Avoid Fruit?

Some people can be allergic and have food intolerances. Low carbon keto diets like the goal with them is to change how your body processes sugars and fats into energy. For that to cook in you need to minimize your sugar to like sometimes as low as 20 grams per day - a single piece of fruit could have that much. And if like you're not eating fruit for health like I'm just I might make fun of you.
