Kotlin - What's the Process of Development and Release?

I think there's a team of almost 100 people now working on the Kotlin language. How many people do you have on the release and automation team? We have two release managers and two automation engineers but we are extend our team. Because a lot of things should be automated and improved. I'm a big fan of optimization and quality. So I always want to improve something, make things better because I was a quality assurance person for several years.
