It makes sense to a certain extent, especially if you're sharing with an external team and you don't know those teams. Having that double approval in place is good so that both parties recognize the team that it's getting shared with. I think this could lead to not requiring as much jumping around as a guest user between tenants,. With the only condition being that companies are going to have to get their approval from whoever manages asour a d to go in and actually enable this b to be direct connected.
