Professional discussion came out as the top of the list in terms of how they liked to, I suppose, learn. And a podcast, it's that element of professional discussions, isn't it? I was really sad when teachers TV came to an end. People used to make fun of me because I'd be saying, oh, have you watched this on teachers TV or other people like you are so sad watching teachers TV? But it's just that when you're interested in what you do, it's how it's listening to people talk about it,. It helps you to sort of get things straight in your own mind.
