Getting Inventory Levels Back to 2019 Levels
We're a little bit frustrated this week by inventory continuing with a small decline week over week. What do you think is happening there? We don't like to see new listings data decline like we saw starting at the end of June last year. Last year was so chaotic that you can't have a functioning housing market when you go from 3% mortgage rates to 6.25%. And these waterfall dives in demand that we saw in 2020 very briefly.
