Andi i hate that for for investors who are looking long term, that's really destructive. The market may punish you for that. You get somebody who doesn't have a, a pedigree from the market. So if this person is adding value and the other person wouldn't, the better long term play is your three level down person. They can't evaluate it. They back off the stock. Butth but eventually, if you got the right person, that's far better for the company.
