The Chinese Communist Party and Cuba's Arms Transport Deal
Since 2001, the Chinese government has signed a number of arms transport deal with Cuba. China trained its Spanish language, spying and language specialist not in Argentina, but in Cuba. In March 2015, a Chinese government owned Costco container ship was caught by the Colombian Port Authority for secretly shipping large amount of banned arms to Cuba. The captain was promptly arrested.
