Air Traffic Control Is the Ultimate Authority in Conflict
The Russian pilots were more likely to listen to humans, as upposed to a computer. There is some speculation that they may have also played into it,. That in becoming pilots and learning to to fly, that they're always taught to listen to air traffic control no matter what. The international civil aviation organization should change the international requirements so that pilots flying are required to follow te cast resolution advisores or weather contrary air traffic control instruction.
