How to Clean Your Ducts to Improve Air Quality

The best you'll see at a hardware store is about MIRV 11 so about five levels below what you could possibly do inside your home. You want to work with somebody who's really in tune with air quality and wants to make sure you have the best filtered system possible. No duct work is hermetically sealed meaning some of these particles as they're removing it will escape into the environment. So if you're someone who's like been affected by this from a health perspective the best thing to do would be to get your duct work cleaned.
