Colum says he's not a great public facing person. He is very much an internal focust person who loves running teams and getting heads down into the cod. In the next six months, for example, do you have anything on the horizon? Growing the team, ar developing crattics? What do the next 6 months look like for you? That's a great question. I mean, we are a small company, as i think chris and coller mentioned. We've brought a lot of our learnings from the last seven years into our tidy twee bears of company. And so we are regularly having objective and key result meetings to review. And we have regular board meetings
