Hondo Anaka was one of my favorite animated Star Wars characters and it seems strange that Dave Filoni and a Dave Filoni show in which pirates play a major role the most obvious Filoni pirate character hasn't had a mention let alone appearance would Brian know any reason why they would want to avoid using Hondo or any in universe reason why his appearance wouldn't make any sense.
