Police Shootings in the State of Texas

A third of the people shot at in the past ten years were a and ethmic minorities, though they make up only a quarter of utah's population. 22 of them were killed, like bernardo palasos, carbahal, dillon taylor and chad brinholt. Adams said that it's difficult to evaluate trends with data that only tracks police shootings without comparing them to all encounters with police.
