James' Advice to the Gentiles

It's not conquest, it's invitation. It's covenant on the part of the Gentiles that are choosing to enter. Because those Gentiles have called upon God's name, they want to be his people. In fact, both versions end, it is the Lord that do with this. That's important to keep in mind no matter which version you follow. The borders are being extended. Again, lengthened cords and strengthened stakes. That's what we're after. All are invited, all are alike unto God.
