There's so many different moving pieces here. anticorruption is difficult to study because you have to work with relatively small number of cases. You don't have credible evidence on a very large scale. These are all small end studies. But we can control to some extent, not to the satisfaction of people who believed in random ise control trials and things like that. So actually, the proof of the pudding is, i the actual testi that this is a much stronger basis on which to design policy than on the basis on which you have been designing it so far.
